Our services
Gaxan acts as an agent that helps customers book flights, ship cargo, and prepare visa applications. The underlying transport and visa decisions are provided by airlines, shipping carriers, and government authorities.
Bookings and payments
All quoted prices are estimates until a booking is confirmed in writing. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation rules will be communicated to you before you commit. Once tickets are issued or cargo is dispatched, fees may be non-refundable.
Cargo
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of declared contents and weights. Prohibited or illegal items are not accepted. Delivery times are best estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.
Visa assistance
We assist with paperwork and submission. We cannot guarantee visa approval — final decisions rest with the issuing embassy or consulate. Service fees cover our work and are separate from government fees.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid to Gaxan for the specific booking. We are not liable for delays, refusals, or losses caused by airlines, carriers, or government bodies.
